Support for "nice links"

I don't believe it works yet (from what I see) but is there or could there be support for "nice links" (with 'userewrite' option and .htaccess via the main configuration page in an instance.)

It looks like the app wants the default ?doku.php style links.

A first version was implemented as I can see in code: https://github.com/fabienli/DokuwikiAndroid/blob/master/app/src/main/java/com/fabienli/dokuwiki/usecase/UrlConverter.java#L81
However, I'm not personally using it, so can't confirm it works with the mentioned options.
Would worth to be tested to identify if already fully handled or if would need more work.

I did a little more testing with debug. It can show the start page but clicking any link on there will not work. All the links on there resolve to $WIKIURL/topic/home (ie. nested in subfolders or however you would want to think about).

When I go to "display online page" it is sending me to $WIKIURL/doku.php?id=home

Search also does not work to find the pages. Let me know how else I can help.
