User testing with beta app was conducted with shop owners around Petticoat Lane and with business owners at EETG meeting.

App was well received and was observed to be easy to use. Some users were unsure how to "zoom out" when asked. Map generally started on an area without any icons, which for some made it confusing to know what to do next. When users were shown some icons they were able to navigate between them and access the info.

Feedback is that the information provided was very useful! We had a request to add business rates to the information, as well as additional costs such as service charge.

One shop owner was happy to add her data, but would have added price / m2 instead of price per sqft. This is out by a factor of 10!

Another shop owner was happy to add his data but was afraid to add his full address to the app in case his landlord saw it.
