BUG: Napture refuses to load on win10

Describe the bug
A white box or nothing appears when opening the release version of napture here, and also one I built using the tutorial in the readme.

To Reproduce

1. open the executable

Expected behavior
I expected napture to load with a similar interface as was shown in this video "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiOtinFFfk8"
