I solved it by using the previous version. Check the link below for older versions and Installation
older versions: https://github.com/facebook/watchman/releases/tag/v2024.07.22.00
Installation: https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/install

I'm curious if anyone has found a way to use the current release effectively.
