[Blocked by #37] [2.7.6 win32] can't upload photo from window. linux is fine

i can upload photo using the same code in linux but the same code ins't working in windows. It is worth mentioning that i can post status msgs from windows but i can't post any image. no error is comming on windows. shell remain blinking. i have python 2.7.6 win32 on my windows.
