RL Benchmark

We provide the performance obtained by the different implementations over multiple environments.

Note that all generated logs are available at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14VA6y8T_QHYLUGsoRUgligG78L4szwTm?usp=sharing and can be visualized using either tensorboard or the Experiment Analysis Tool we provide.
