At the moment, the Swarm extension is required in order for the Blossom to function properly. Majority of users don't have their own Bee node and thus not able to use the extension. The Swarm extension should become optional.

When the extension is installed, it should adjust configuration based on fact whether the Swarm extension is installed or not. If it is installed it will work as before, using the Swarm extension to retrieve Bee URL and debug URL. Otherwise it will switch configuration to predefined gateway URL and use default value for batch ID.
