add metadata to the docker image

when we commit the changes of the blockchain Docker image after deploying the FDP smart contracts, the scripts creating the image could attach metadata to it with information about what addresses the contracts are available. E.g. { FDSRegistrar: 0xFaC1..., ENSRegistry: '0x1231...' }
