Motivation

Teach Falco Plugin concepts through https://github.com/rust-lang/rustlings and https://github.com/falcosecurity/plugin-sdk-rs.

The project aims to educate and attract people who:

• know Falco, but don't know much about the plugin system
• know Falco, don't know Rust much, but would like to start using it with a practical approach
• know Rust, but don't know the Falco ecosystem

There's no fixed time window. Traditionally, we wait about a week to give it enough visibility.
Just cc'ing @falcosecurity/core-maintainers to gain more visibility sooner.

Since the Christmas holidays are approaching, I'd propose proceeding with the transfer after the vacation (we might do this before, like the end of this week, but I'm not sure we will have enough time to set everything up). Would it work for you?
