Update design for AQI Key up and down buttons #71

The AQI Key area will use the Air Quality Index Key button to open (no more need for the arrow buttons or the blue bar).

From the mid position, a Close button is added next to the More AQI Information button.

In the Full information version, there is only the Close button.
