JS/CSS support

FTD will soon have JS/css support. They have to only be supported in target: web. We have to pass proper parameters to interpreter/import.

Package level JS/CSS

If we have to include a JS/CSS at package level we will allow:

js: { [ "foo.js",  "bar.js" ]}
css: foo.css
