To improve the documentation quality, it could be made possible to configure meta items as required and display alerts on the document page if some are missing:

exports.requiredMeta = [version, status]

Ok, data might be provided, but then people might not update that regularly :/

I'm not sure that the problem of updating meta data can be solved by technology, it is a social problem 😞 I'm also not sure if requiring data will help, but we can add it if you think that it will 😃
