What we’re after: As a user of FEC legal resources, I want a system that sorts MUR case files by how relevant they are to my document keyword search, so that I can find the most useful case files quickly.

Why we’re after it: This will enable the system to display the most relevant MUR cases first, helping users quickly access the most important and useful case files.
