Create 'Open', 'Move', 'Save As' dialog boxes

All will be similar, as they will contain a files tree, and be modal dialogs. Should use github's bootstrap.
Open and Save As will probably have a file input box.
All will have an action button and a cancel button.

This is being progressed by me in the 'modal' branch - 70% complete

-There is now an 'Open Resource' typeahead which should be sufficient for open.
-Save As dialog is complete, but needs the operation on the SS to be complete
-Move operation still to do (just an extension of the save as dialog and the update operation on the SS?)
