Ability to copy/duplicate a file in the same folder

I cant copy/duplicate files in the same folder because it says the origin folder should be different from the destination folder.

Here's a new user story
As a end user,
I want to copy/duplicate a file in the same folder
So that I can work on a new version of the file while keeping the original unchanged.

I believe this requires to enable the destination folder to be equal to the source folder + rename the newly copied (duplicate) files with a suffix, or ask for new name !

This would be very handy!
