openCV可以解码么

OpenCV应该没有提供这个功能，不过要把打了打码去掉。。。这个得一些算法吧，比如说怎么预测相邻像素的颜色等等

png图片怎么处理呢？我发现jpg的图片可以正常打码，png图片就不行（当然修改下扩展名就行，把png改成jpg），是不是得修改方法里的一些参数？还有你是怎么找资料学openCV的呀？
