We're currently installing/configuring Vault as part of the AWS Quick-Start installation but the platform doesn't yet utilize Vault.

Should we remove it from the stack until such point when we'd like to demonstrate integration with Vault? I seem to recall Nomad may add some in-house secret storage options in a forthcoming release.

We might need vault for aws depending on how we setup permissions.
