On a test site, I've set up two tags:

"Family" pics and "Other" pics 

The tags on modules/album/index.php?album_id=3 are appearing as:

 ( Tags : F F  |  O O  ) 

Links going to:

http://siteurl/modules/album/F

http://siteurl/modules/album/O

Also "hover" only shows "F" and "O" - not full description
