Wenn ein Gast ein Formular ausfuellt, bekommt der Gast keine Email als 
Bestaetigung. Desweiteren, wenn der Staff Mitarbeiter eine Antwort schreibt, 
bekommt auch diese Information der Gast nicht zugeschickt.
