Can you install Outlook PWA into a new profile (select "Automatically create new profile" when installing PWA) and try there? Also, does it also happen with other PWAs with accounts or only Outlook?

I did install it into its own profile with no luck. So far I've only run into this with Outlook. Other sites I've tried that work fine are Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and WhatsApp Web.

Do you have tracking protection enabled or any addons (especially adblocking and similar) inside the PWA profile? I think these can sometimes interfere with logins.

Also, please try to create a new profile in normal/main Firefox and check if it works there.

I tried that too, disabled all the protections and it still occurs.

On a fresh new Firefox profile everything works normally.

Is there anything I can provide that might help debug this?

This is a separate issue but it might be related. 1Password is also unable to sync with the desktop application:

I think this issue is due to the patches applied to the PWAs.

Outlook login works for me in a fresh profile, both for outlook.live.com and outlook.office.com. Maybe update the native program to 2.12.4 and try again, as that version contains some session-related fixes.

Tried that and it does not seem to help.

My suspicion is that my issue is specific to the login flow my company uses log in. Is there any information I could collect to figure out what might be going on?

To give a bit more context, when I enter my e-mail, Outlook redirects to our company login flow, then a third party two-factor authentication, and finally back to outlook.

Interestingly, Microsoft Teams utilizes the same flow and yet it seems to be flawless so far.

Try to disable Tracking Protection from the widget for every domain that is part of the login flow.

I had the same behavior, disabling the "Tracking Protection" seems to work for now ...

I can confirm that i have this bug too, and disabling tracking protection does not fix it.
