[iblocklist_cidr_report_bogons]: netset file contains overly wide ranges starting 4hours ago #312

The bogons file was just recently updated with overly wide ranges of IPs, that are actually routable. We can see the anomalous increase in matching IPs over on: http://iplists.firehol.org/?ipset=iblocklist_cidr_report_bogons
