I think it's worth adding here the lists of IPs from the data center and VPN providers from the repository maintained by X4BNet

The repository is regularly updated, and new entries are constantly being added to it.

This is a good alternative to the current ipcat with a list of data center IPs that has not been updated, and the repository was officially archived a year ago.
