Some examples are:

type PDFMetadata = { id: string; page: string; text: string };
type MP3Metadata = { end: string; start: string; text: string };
type CSVMetadata<T extends string = string, V = unknown> = Record<T, V>;

We could maybe gather these all nicely, and provide as options to the user.
