The timezone of arrival timestamps set by input connectors are incorrect.
Timestamps are set in local time but the timezone is then replaced to UTC.

Possible solution
Allow the TimestampParser to get timestamps for specific time zones.
Maybe make time zones for arrival timestamps configurable and use UTC as default.
