Incorrect position of posting box button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://nightly.flarum.site'
2. Login
3. Click 'Start a Discussion'
4. Incorrect position of posting box button

Expected Behavior

The posting box button is always at the bottom, just like in 1.x.

Do not use private browsing.

You can try restarting your browser, sometimes the problem will appear briefly, and then the button will revert back to the bottom.
