How to guarantee car has minimum charge current when there is not enough solar electricity?

Use grid electricity by setting the minimum charge current above zero in the Blueprint config. Do not confuse daytime/nighttime power offsets with minimum charge current setting. Daytime/nighttime power offsets are shared among appliances of which the car charger has the lowest priority.

What does the home battery config do in the Blueprint?

It currently does nothing, so please leave it set to default in the config. It is just a placeholder for future enhancement.
