Automatic graphql schema generation by utilizing GitHub actions

With every change that is made to the contract code, the subgraph configuration needs to be updated to match the new interface of the contract.
Config files like schema.graphql and subgraph.yaml can be automatically generated by a GitHub action that runs graph-cli.
