Move "show input" to arrow menu

I find myself toggling the show input setting a lot because I like to have chat input off for fast moving chats that I'm not chatting in, and chat input on for when I am chatting. It would be a lot easier to have the setting as a toggle in the arrow menu than to have to go into appearance settings.

I have the idea to migrate the arrow menu to some kind of shortcuts system that can also be customized. I guess the "show input" toggle could be one of such shortcuts
