Getting BTTV rate limited upon stating the app with having 50+ tabs

I'm a degenerate and have way too many tabs open. now I've noticed that upon adding my 51st tab I got rate limited by BTTV for a random channel, with 52 tabs it was 2 channels, etc.

Now I think this is because the app loads all channels too fast. For example: chatterino loads channels more slow and the I don't get rate limited, despite having like 71 tabs there (I'd have 71 tabs on Dankchat too but I don't want 21 random channels where BTTV doesn't load)

Now I think a feature that makes channels load slightly slower to avoid being rate limited could fix this, idk in what way though cuz I'm dumb
