Add support for different timezones

As requested by @Gnarflord:

It is feasible that end-users want to present a countdown to a specific date and time in a different timezone than their current system timezone (this also covers end-users who block timezone detection for privacy reasons).

It would, therefore, be useful to add the ability to select a timezone of a date/time combination.
