new script to preprocess benchmarks (strip out status, strip out status + logic, file dialects (and maybe generate some on-the-fly)
rework run to first invoke the preprocessor. we then use the original benchmarks as work instructions but when giving stuff to solvers we always provide a file from the preprocessed pile instead; no more stdin stuff
