Lag when u make a Work Favorite.

Describe the bug

i notice when i make or load a favorite work load it starts to lag.

What i mean by this when i hit F1 to load up workTab it will take 2-3 secs before it opens.
It also seems to do it to all the other tabs also.

Same, I had about 15 favorites created and it lagged about 2 minutes(!!) opening the work tab, even with a newer AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU.

To work around this I ended up copying the favorite settings to the colonist, removing the favorite from the colonist, pasting the settings back, and then doing "delete" -> "unload" on the favorite so it isn't loaded. The favorite is still available under "load favorite" if I need it back to copy/paste from again.

When I have no favorites loaded, the menu opens up much faster (a couple seconds, granted about 300+ mods)
