DevTools Provider is not updating #4151

DevTools provider provides a static view of all variables. Even if I've changed the variable's value in the app while it's running, DevTools web Provider page does not update the new value at all.

Now that the Provider panel is a DevTools extension, I'm closing this issue in favor of rrousselGit/provider#883.
