Kustomization stuck with a health check timeout APIServer/Default InProgress

One of our environments has one of the kustomizations done by Flux in a stuck state stating health check failed after 5m0.023461517s: timeout waiting for: [APIServer/default status: 'InProgress'] for a few days now...

I have been trying to find why this happens, but can't see anything in the flux logs or anything and can't find any mention of this on internet either.

Does anyone knows what this means and why it happens and how to fix it?

Did some digging myself and realized that APIServer/default was a resource (Tiegra) that we deploy.. So, I'll have to investigate that further.
