You seem to have an issue with your internet connection. If you are using a VPN or a custom DNS, consider to disable it. If you are in a region known for blocking services like Cloudflare, try to use a VPN. If you are using other software to protect your internet connection (firewalls), try to disable it temporarily or add an exception.
