Testbeds rewrite Blocl Rooms and Schools to fully taxonomy driven design

Blocl Rooms uses a huge list of boolean flags for listing properties that are used in advanced search for lookups. Converting this to a taxonomy driven design could serve well to allow extensibility and could allow for UI/backend dev work to continue without external sponsor. https://blocl.uk/rooms

Blocl Schools uses a complex design with multiple related lookup tables.
