Allow editing in cards and nested list view for adding multiple concepts #4

Editing of concepts only works in Hypertree view. Add concept editing sidebar in cards and UL mode.

This may require that they are rendered on the frontend from JSON, but keeping the server side rendering with full page reloads may do.

Users want to be able to add multiple child concepts at once and Hypertree is not well suited for this.
Hypertree also does full page reloads.
