Not working after disabling and enabling it again

Dunno if this has to do something with GNOME 3.8.1, but I noticed that after turning it off and on again, my shell becomes irresponsive, and the extension itself doesn't seem to work any more (I can't set another task).

I can confirm this. At the end of a Pomodoro, Gnome Shell seems to block all input. It's as if there was clear layer covering the whole screen that blocks input. Restarting Gnome Shell remotely restores functionality.
