Works if I hack the dist/index.js to point at server/index.js instead of ../lib/server.js.

Haven't looked any deeper.

Your hack works, but I dont know if .next dir should be inside nextjs.exe or still need this directory

Currently facing the same issue. Does this have a permanent fix or @lukebarton 's workaround is the best way around this? Thanks in advance.
