Get back the Ely.by account feature!

So I was really happy to download and install the most recent version of PollyMC. But I was extremely surprised to the fact that the Ely.by account feature was totally removed, only left with the "Offline Account" which I hate. And I think that to all of us, we have to admit that Ely.by is really good. Please add the feature back!

As you mentioned in #132, Ely.by accounts are still supported, but yes, they're less visible, which is a valid concern IMO. The user has to know what "authlib-injector" refers to on the Accounts page in the settings window, and then they have to click the link in the "Add Account" dialog to this page and get Ely.by's API URL.

Perhaps the "Add Ely.by" button in the Accounts page could be added back, since there's plenty of room and it's one of the most popular third-party API servers.
