Failed to modify instance after multiple attempts. Something is preventing the commit.

when trying to update the modpack All The Mods 9 - ATM9 gives this error, the mods that were supposed to be updated are deleted, the new versions apparently downloaded (it appears downloading all those that should be updated), but not placed in the instance, having dozens of mods missing (48) after updating, but when creating another instance in the new version of ATM9, everything works fine. Does anyone know how I can make PollyMC able to update a modpack in its instance, without having to create another one?

Steps to reproduce

Click Add Instance, Click CurseForge, Write ATM9, Download any version (less the latest), try update.

Suspected cause

I installed "PollyMC-Windows-MinGW-w64-Setup-8.0.exe" instead of "PollyMC-Windows-MSVC-Setup-8.0.exe" ?

This issue is unique
