Forge instance downgrades itself

Description of bug

I installed 1.20.1 with forge 47.3.0, i install mods, resourcepack, im happy, i launch it, and then anything can change it, reopening pollymc, pressing "edit" button (actually seems that it happens after closing game and/or closing launcher), but when i look at forge version, BANG, 47.2.32!!! IM GOING CRAZY, im gonna get gaslighted by the game into thinkong that forge 47.3.0 doesnt even exist, pls help

Steps to reproduce

exported instance ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/17_7D3EcK8pqr3TYsEnqgEOcIw7rrMB8D/view?usp=sharing )

• Create instance of 1.20.1 with forge 47.3.0
• Maybe install some mods idk
• Launch minecraft
• Close it
• Edit its instance
• Get sad looking at forge 47.2.32

Suspected cause
