Problem on the "new instance " window

I dont know sorry i dont understand how i can know it so sorry

Description of bug

The bug is when i want to create a new instance the window is to big so i dont have acces to the button wich create the instance (on the floor of the window). Idont know if i was clear but due to this bug i cant create new intance and install new mods. I hope you can do something to patch this or just give me a solution and sorry if my inglish was bad (i am a french student)

I dont understand the requirement .

Suspected cause

I thik than make the window smaller can fix the bug .
