something seems wrong with the dates for the Chastleton Apts (http://housinginsights.org/tool/#/HI/na=Chastleton_Apts:_1701_16th_Street_NW&sb=bdng&pb=NL000068).

In particular, the subsidy dates are 2046.

The Chastleton used TOPA in 2007 and many apartment residents because homeowners. I think Chastleton is a coop, but not sure if 100% of the units are considered subsidized, as I think now they are sold at market rates.
