Adding civitai models

Hi, I'm struggling to understand how I can add models / checkpoints / loras from Civitai to this template. Is it as easy as navigating into ComfyUI/models/ and pulling the .safetensors file via the command line, or do I need a more sophisticated approach? I've been driving myself crazy looking for a solution

There's also the option of creating a new version of any-comfyui-workflow that includes your weights by going to the train tab and adding the links to your custom weights in "checkpoints". Then you'll have a private cog with your weights that takes your workflow text as input.

Thanks, I suppose this would be the most straightforward solution but I have tried this a few times but the training never succeeded. Trying to figure out how to solve it by deploying my custom model.

Strange it's failing - perhaps it's the use of a Civitai download target. I used the train method without problems for a public Huggingface model

I tried to train a few with checkpoint models and got this error:

Training failed.
Failed to create trained image after successful training run.

In logs:

Downloaded in: 98.15 seconds
Added user_models/weights.json to tar file.
Added user_models/checkpoints/STOIQONewrealityFLUXSD_F1DAlpha.safetensors to tar file.
Size of the tar file: 20829.38 MB
If weights are larger than ~10GB, you may find that uploads will fail.

Maybe the model file is too large?

I did a training with only a lora to see if that solves the issue. In that case, the training succeeded, but I got this error when trying to run a very basic WF:

This may be an unrelated issue since flux1-dev-fp8.safetensors is supported by default. Could verify by trying a simple workflow with just that model on the upstream cog
