If you use a ‘TO=yymmddHHmm’ to indicate a timeout ensure that the timestamp used is in UTC.
Where a value is specified DPS will supply a meta-refresh in the payment page content causing the page to refresh at the timeout value. If the user is on the page as it refreshes or they do post back card data after the timeout they will be redirected to the failure page. Note that because no financial transaction has taken place you will not receive fail-proof notification for this operation. The CardHolderName? element value will be “TIMED OUT”.
