[BUG] Documentation for tabs component is missing under Layout Components section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://help.form.io/userguide/layout-components/
2. Look for the Tabs component. You will not find it.
3. Go to https://formio.github.io/formio.js/app/builder -> Layout. You will see that the Formio supports the Tabs component.

Expected behavior

The functionality of the Tabs component should be documented under Layout Components Section.

Observed behavior

The functionality of the Tabs component is not documented under Layout Components Section.
