When running this through openshift online, I get the following error:

The cartridge manifest at 'https://github.com/foundit/openshift-logstash-cartridge.git' could not be downloaded: The cartridge manifest at 'https://github.com/foundit/openshift-logstash-cartridge.git' must be smaller than 20480 bytes.
