Problem: cardano-cli not nixified #40

It is resisting nixification due to https://nest.pijul.com/pmeunier/carnix/discussions/8 , but pmeunier is on the case.

TL;DR: carnix can only almost handle direct git references rather than crates.io references, and cardano-cli references primetype/dialoguer.
