Current Hand and Finger id are derived from LeapSDK, this could cause hand id conflict in mulit-device game. ID needs to be expanded at LeapComm, to make the ID global unique.

I think we can have different level of id. LeapComm can receive a device id from the server or determine it based on things such as MAC address. And hand and finger id just need to be unique locally.
